Quick Start

A guided product evaluation - from representative dataset to exported report in six steps.

1

Load a representative dataset

Open the web demo and pick a dataset from the sidebar. The demo ships with selected mzML and LC files so you can evaluate the workflow before discussing access for your own data.

2

Explore the chromatograms

Click anywhere on the TIC to view the mass spectrum at that retention time. Zoom, pan, and hover are all client-side — it stays fast even on large files.

3

Select compounds

Pick an ion list (e.g. short-chain fatty acids, amino acids, flavonoids) from the built-in library, or toggle individual compounds of interest.

4

Extract XICs

Set the mass accuracy tolerance and hit Process. XICs are extracted in parallel using our Rust core; a few seconds later you see interactive per-compound plots.

5

Calibrate & quantify

If your preset includes a calibration series, open the Quant tab to fit curves, estimate LOD/LOQ, and compute concentrations for unknowns.

6

Export your results

Download a CSV or an HTML report with one click — ready for a lab notebook or a supplementary figure.

Supported File Formats

mzML

Primary MS input format (open standard).

mgf

Mascot Generic Format for MS/MS spectra.

txt

Plain-text peak lists and ion tables.

CSV / TSV

Liquid chromatography trace data.
